Eirini Kapsali is an Attorney admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos), with twenty years of litigation experience and specialization in Civil and Commercial Law. She has extensive, proven experience representing individuals and businesses in both litigation and advisory work.
In the field of Civil Law, she has consistently handled a wide range of matters, including inheritance disputes, family law cases, leases, real estate transactions, compensation claims, consumer contracts, as well as home protection and debt restructuring matters. Her practice focuses on delivering practical solutions tailored to each client’s real needs.
In Commercial Law, she has developed in-depth expertise in corporate organization and governance, corporate disputes, partner/shareholder conflicts, commercial contracts, insolvency and business restructuring—particularly in the context of family businesses, where business and personal dynamics require exceptionally careful legal handling.
She is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an LL.M. (with distinction) in Commercial & Economic Law from the same University. During her postgraduate studies, she delivered academic presentations in areas such as Company Law, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual & Industrial Property Law, and Banking Law.
