Kaiti Toumba is an attorney and member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2005, specializing in Corporate Law, with a focus on supporting family businesses, internal corporate governance, regulation of partner/shareholder relationships, and corporate changes and succession planning. She has extensive experience in legal consulting and negotiations of international commercial agreements, supporting businesses in cross-border projects.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law, awarded with Distinction, from the same University. Her master’s thesis was prepared in the field of Competition Law and Medical Devices, focusing on the intersection of commercial activity, regulatory compliance, and the protection of competition.
She combines a systematic legal approach, precision in drafting, and deep understanding of corporate operations, offering practical solutions to complex legal matters. She works seamlessly in Greek, English, and French legal environments, supporting clients in negotiations and legal work extending beyond national borders.
